Please post if you are makeing 250-450 on a log manifold
I wanted to see some nubers of log powered setups.
I want to run a log manifold on a my d16z6 that I plan to build up.
I hope to make about 350 hp with vitara piston.
I hope to use the turbo I listed below. I already own it. Mine is the .63 a/r what would be the realistic limit of this turbo. I would like to go bigger but since I already have it I want to make it work.

let me know what you guys think.

using a Pfabrication log manifold , on a b16a2 , stock motor , cheap parts used as i wanted to get the hang of tuning and doing things my self.
cheapo wastegate aint holdin boost, but makes 240hp 220 tq ,dnt think it should make that torque as the boost is high at 4000-6000 then tails off ,
i think the log manifold helps with spooling the big turbo, planning on using the manifold on 400+ whp b18.

What size turbo is that.
Sounds like you are geting some boost creep to produce such high tq.

I made 324whp on 9psi on my stock ls/vtec motor setup. t3/t04b im pretty sure is the turbo im using with a .48 exhaust and .60 compressor. Completely stock internals. head has valve spring retainers and crower stage 2 cams. and i have cam gears as well. Using hondata s300 for tuning.. Here are a couple of pics. It was tuned by Eric/sq_creations you can see more cars he tuned at http://www.sq-creations.com

Here is my dyno sheet. They say the tq blip is from my coil or something else ignition related.

A guy made 438whp on one of my SFAB AC 304L Log Manifold on a rod/piston SOHCvtec
Another guy made 290 on a Stock GSR integra @ 10psi on the Cast Iron RevHard we also sell.
I made 367whp @ 10.5psi on my LSvtec on a T4 SS InlinePRO manifold
InlinePRO made 800+whp and ran a 9.4 in the 1/4 on the same Manifold.

Made 400whp on a SFP log at 16lbs on my 81.50mm stock sleeve piston/rod GSR. Turbo was a Garrett 60 Trim.

.50 A/R Compressor.63A/R Turbine
its a bit big for what i need, its a cheapo turbo but its been on for over a year and works like new
. i have a manual boost controller turned up but the wastegat doesnt seem to hold boost about 6000rpm, tails down to 4psi by the limiter. loads of mid range torque for a b16 lol. will get round to fixin it with a tial gate.

i have a BONE STOCK gsr....complete with the crappy oem gsr mani...with a drag cast turbo mani, turbonetics 57 trim t3/t4 on 9 psi it made 274hp to the wheels 200 ft/lb ....once i change the intake manii out and possibly change to a inline pro turbo mani i expect higher numbers

we see these make over 300 a couple times a week with bone stock motors with 57trim's with tubular manifolds.
we made 450 on a bone stock gsr with c16 in it on that set up.

imo these manifolds dont flow for ****. I have a jg fab manifold thats identical to that in design and am less than satisfied with it on my sohc. You will be much better off with one of the cast logs like the rev hard.

yeah iknow its possible my **** was safe tuned for a daily on 93 pump gas....my tuner said he could make more power but it may not last as long on the current set up....i just didnt wanna bread 9 pounds on a stock bottom end daily

Yeah, you guys posting up the inline pro stuff, that's not even in the same class as a true log manifold. Don't give people false hope for their real log manifolds by showing them what the inline pro manifold can make. lol
I would agree with Tony. The inline pro t4 stainless log manifold for what it is works really well. We were trapping 159-160mph around 40psi with our SFWD car this past season running the inline pro manifold.
my b16 made 372 on 21psi wit 276 torqe i believe.. around that much, dnt have dyno sheet infront of me.. not as much power as i wuld of thought but the pistons are low copression 8.3:1.... but still good.. thats on a spoolin performance log manifold

All that aside, I love log manifolds more than anything.

+1, Tony's the reason I love log manifolds so much myself.
Anyway, the InlinePROtards already noted, what's up with idiots posting up their Revhard and other cast not-LOG manifold setups? Is L-O-G really that difficult to understand? Guys... it's shaped like a log.
Remedial class on LOG
You can make 400 whp off a log manifold, I've taken cars that far, but the cylinder trims need to be set as individual cylinder flow becomes really unbalanced. Or, given how hammered on some of the low budget setups I see are, that could just be a reflection of how healthy the individual cylinders are.

How much of the webbing on the Block would you have to shave off using the inline pro to clear a GT35R w/3" DP?
Second, Would the Manifold perfectly clear a 3" DP w/ Full A/C?
