I am trying to get a machine shop to make custom mounts for my 3rd gen accord and i am trying to figure out what inserts are used. We recently had a group buy but the shop backed out at the last minute and i really need to stiffin up my mounts. This is the type of insert im looking for information on and i know it might be a long shot but someone here might be able to help.

why not just kit the kit from Innovative or HASport?

 

Thats exactly what i was looking for and i was on HASport awhile back but never noticed that item not that i was looking for it then.
