Default Random VOLK question from an OG HyPe-R Owner

Has been a while since I posted on this forum. I still have the R and have a spare set of Bronze CE28n off the evo that I am going to try fitting on the R.

The problem?

They are 17x9 +35 with a 245/45/17 Azenis on it....not sure if they are even gonna fit up front at full lock. I guess if all else fails I can slap a spacer on there.

Oh and I'm asking about fitment in the front only. These are +35 offset, but I can use a spacer and can change to a skinnier tire.

They'll stick outside of the fender, no matter what.

I am trying to fit the stock BBSs on my itr.

but they are 17x8.

I think with spacer yes they will work.

I had issues squeezing a 16x8 +38 with a 215/45/16 on my lowered R. I'm pretty sure a 17x9, especially with a tire that huge, is going to have serious issues.

Hmmm I guess I am going to have to look into either a different offset or a huge spacer and a flare. The tires I can get rid of.

You will most likely need to remove the inner fender liners to run wheels that big

a spacer wouldnt do you any good LOL, that would push the wheel out even further.

the tires are really wide, but the worst thing is theyre really tall, you should get 235/40/17s on all 4 corners and some j's fender flares for the front and youll be good to go.

or if your b00sted and have the gobs of trq you could do 255/40/17 front and 235 40 17 rear

butt those tires definitly arent going to clear the front fenders, and spacer would just stick them out even further,

if you want to sell them though i could use them, i wouldnt mind some fender flares
