Default H22 OEM Cam Help Indentify

Hello, I have a 00' H22 PDE head that came with these cams and was wondering if anybody could help me identify them.

Intake Cam:

The "G"

The "M"

Exhaust Cam:

The "K"

The Other "M"

Each of the letters are located 180* degrees on the other side of each other.

look at the end of the cams. the exhaust cam has a spot where it hooks up to the distributor

pretty sure you need to measure the lobe height, i have a pile of stock cams and one of them is a type-s cam but you cannot tell by looking or by casting marks.

so the letter matching means nothing? i have to measure the lobe height and match it's duration to the cam specs?

It's been covered many times before. You have to measure the lobe height. Casting marks don't mean squat.
