I have an 88 civic that im putting an ls engine into. I cant seem to find any info on my perticular problem. I have the engine out and im at the ecu harness ( that leads through the firewall.) Whats the best way to take it out? but the problem is if i take it out, how do i know which wires or harness ( the double "inputs" or the single from the old d15 ecu harness to pull? and is there any splicing?
I have the Engine harness and ecu on the b18b1 that i used on my previous eg. But i dont have the jumper harness (that goes through the firewall) (and i cant seem to find one anyware, anybody know were to get one/ besides the junkyards we aint got **** for cars at our local junkyard/.. If i buy a boomslang conversion harness will this fix the "problem"? Sorry if this doesnt make any sense ive done the swap without any problems until here so any help "at all" would be appreciated.
