Shaved engine bay hard to DIY?
Trying to build my da the right way but I'm not very experienced so any help/tips would be much appreciated.As much detail as possible please!!
heres my post from another site... its pretty straight foward and this was the first time i did it to
i was bored today and had nothing to DO so i decided to work on my car because its so dam nice out today so heres some pics

I KNOW THE WELDS DON'T LOOK GREAT BUT I DONT HAVE A GRINDER SO I HAD TO DO THE GRINDING WITH A DREMAL WHICH TOOK FOREVERRRRRR AND I RAN OUT OF WELDING WHIRE AND I CAN'T DRIVE STICK BECAUSE OF A BAD KNEE SO I WAS UNABLE TO PICK UP MORE

i thought the job looked pretty good until you painted it. You should have just left it sanded until you could take the motor out entirely. Or you should just try and color match it better.

obvisly it needed to be better matching paint but you can see its not a show car or anything he was just tryin to make it like a lil better which i think he acomplished...
its prolly a beater or DD.
(2 different spark plug wires?)it dont look terrible
way to much flameing in here

yea the only reason i painted it was because i didnt want the sanded metal to rust because im not doing the new swap for a week or two then im going to do a wire tuck and paint the engine bay that was just some left over paint i had lying around

</TD></TR></TABLE>so is that a screen and some sort of filtered fabric on the end of your intake?? i have a bad knee too (total knee replacement) it sucks i know how u feel!
