Anyone ever had a time where u loved something a lot and one day, it just disappears ? well i have.... this is my 1990 integra.... it has been stolen and found at a junkyard.....the tow fee and repairs together cost more than the car itself, so i decided to let it go...... im done with hondas and officially retiring from honda-tech.com...and to all of you who taught me a few things about this car... thanks.

Interesting. Your car is the first car I've seen where they took almost nothing. All they did was empty your glove department, take your fenders, hood, bumper, headlights. Whoever stole it, obviously only needed a front end and an integra manual. But a loss is a loss. You still could've taken the car back even though the fees and what not costs more than the value of your car. Looks like it had a lot of potential, but good luck.

dont give up man, dont let that DA go! quitters never win and winners never quit. Dont let a thief get you down like that, its a bump on the road, pick yourself up and keep looking forward. It dosent even look that bad, you could find all that for dirt cheap elswhere. Dont give in to thieves man.

 

dont give up on it, get a new front end, maybe a 92 with jdm one peices, or just fix it and sell it. at least yours wasnt stripped to the bone, ive seen them where the theives dont even leave the carpet.

 

For another lost. Did this happen in south? I had the same **** happen to my DC2 last year, except they did take a little bit more though...

That's cause there was **** all to take but a cold air unless ya needed stock body parts.

they barely took anything... around here it would have been literally a shell. No seats, interior, no wheels, no nothing.....

That my friend, is why I have FULL coverage. It is worth the $125 a month that I spend on two cars. Nationwide is on my side. LOL

Talk to the tow company, cuz if they are gonna charge you to get your car back when it was stolen, they are shitty. I know that we had a car towed on accident because of a ******** cop, and the tow companies owner didn't make us pay for it when we explained the situation.

Sorry to hear about it but your lucky they left you anything or that you even found it man, most cars would be gutted or at least the engine/tranny gone...
Dont let one bad apple spoil the batch..either rebuild and sell, rebuild better and be proud of it, or even atleast buy another Honda..

mufuggin word! Let em get ya down and they win. But I can understand your feelings. I've had my car with 3 attempts to steal it. The weather stripping on my driver's side door serves as a reminder that I am extremely lucky I still have my ride. But I still continue with my hobby because I love Hondas. Just remember Karma is a cold blooded b*tch.....and thieves will get theirs.

 

dude if you love your car you should get it out, I recently drop $1000 on my car to get it out of the towing yard ...i thought about leaving it in there...but i couldnt just leave it there i love my Da 2 much and put it together from ground up...but the damn tow yard took my fenders to!lol

what you do is, wait for a 1/2 price day at the junkyard and get a whole front end for about under $150 (ive done it at pick n pull) if your lucky catch 60% off day! but dont let it go dude...still a clean car.
