Some of you may recall the ticket I received back the night before the we-todds left for the ITR Expo. I allegedly went through an intersection sideways in the wagon, right in front of a NC state highway patrolman. I was cited for reckless driving, which carries four points and a misdemeanor conviction.

I got a message from my lawyer this morning - DISMISSED!!! I haven't spoken to him yet, but I'm thinking that either the fact that the ticket was turned into the wrong courthouse was enough to get it thrown out, or the trooper didn't show.

Lawyer = money well spent
