Default skunk2 manifold on gsr

was wondering if anyone out there could help me out I was tinking of buying a skunk2 manifold from a freind for a gsr but all I have done to my engine is aem intake, dc header, clutch, flywheel, exhaust, I also have the stock cams tuned, so my question is will the manifold give me any gains without cams or a turbo. Or will I loose power

yes you will see a big increase in power. the stock gsr manifold sucks. i had one on my last car and it was a big improvement, just make sure you get an ITR throttle cable and the little pulley for it.

becuz skank2 is a replica of the ITR intake mani. Thinking about it, I might just go ahead and get the skank2 while the motor is out.

i think you gonna need to skunk2 rechipped ecu. when you get skunk2 mani. because the ecu will read it. it'll still think the secondary butterfly is still there. and the skunk2 doesn't have a secondary butterfly.

It runs w/o the vacuum solenoid for the secondaries, and it throws no codes.

you will see a big increase in high end power.. you WILL lose some low end power tho.. roommate has it on this swap and it helped out a lot.. as for the itr throttle cable and pully thing they make it easier but we have his working w/ NO problems at all using the gsr parts..
