Pics of 15" Mazda Millenia Wheels on ITR
What you have a picture of is actually the Mazda 929 wheel, which is 12 spoke and about 12 lbs. The Millenia wheel is 9 spoke, and about 11.5 lbs. They are both very popular in Stock class autox due to light weight. The Millenia is preferred due to the lighter weight, so lately I have had an easier time finding the 929s (which a lot of people find better looking). I think the going rate was in the neighborhood of $50/wheel last time I bought some.

Must... resist... urge... to post eleventeen more pics of my car...

I've had people axe me at autoxs if the 929s were the JDM Type R wheels.
It looks like the pic you posted is the stock color, Util's are painted black, and IIRC mine were spray painted gunmetal-ish by Jasmadosa's Custom Wheel Painting and Erotic Massage

No, don't resist the urge! Lol, post more. I am thinking about buying these for DD on my 5th gen prelude.
Thanks for the posts guys, would appreciate it even more if more pics are posted
.
Also, would you guys recommend them for DD? Could I comfortably fit 215/50/15 on them? Thanks again!</TD></TR></TABLE>First of all, the "929" wheels are stronger than the "9 spokes" wheels and only add about .5 pounds. Second, "929" wheels are better looking as someone already mention it. Third, I had the "929" on 215-50-15 before for autoxing and felt it is slugish around corners because of wider width hanging out too much. For DD, 215 is fine.

Ok, ok, my arm is twisted
As far as DDing them, the rims should be fine. After all, Mazda made them oem for a car that weighs about 3600 lbs.
As for the tire width, these are my 205/50/15 street tires on 929s:

And this is a 225/45/15 Hoosier on a 929:

So a 215 should go on it, but it might not be the best application for a street tire, considering what the contact patch and the sidewall will have to do to squeeze into a 6" width. Also, I don't know about Preludes, but my 225s rub my fender well on hard turns, where the 205s don't. So I don't know if a 215 would rub or not.
And a few more 3-wheeling pix, for no good reason:

LMAO
Also to the OP, I think 15x6 is too small for a Prelude. Perfect for ITR on the cheap tho. I cant even count the # of sets of these Ive had. I sold 3 sets with my car!

If you are still running the red wheels, you'll need to update your avitar with a red Sharpie.

Corrected. Even updated to a 9-spoke wheel.
BTW, I did this only because you did not sell your R.

Hahaha! I'm glad no one bought it though. Hell, no one made a single offer but I guess that's fate. When it come time to sell in the winter I'll just let it go for around $12 or 13k if I feel the desire.
Now I'm finally getting on the track with fellow ITR dudes & dudettes.
