i tried to turn it on and it made like a clicking sound adn then the car was like twitching. and all the lights were flashing. and then teh door kept locking and unlocking. So then i try when i try to turn the car on again and the lights wont turn on and when i turn on and off the alarm by door locks and my cluster light is turn off.

 

Recheck your terminals/ground wires...

make sure the battery is a good one. also make sure all connections are tight.
