Default skunk 2 springs will i need a camber kit ?

i have some skunk2 springs brand new in the box i was looking to put on my integra gsr but i dont know if i would need a camber kit right now i have sprint springs and ive never had a camber kit or my tires dont wear out and the sprint springs are not the extreme drop at least i dont think but the skunk 2 is a little bit lower from what i have looked at and compared the two so my question is would i need a camber kit or is there a way around this so i dont need one the guy i bought the car from said i could adjust something and i could drop the car as low as i want with out a camber kit how is this possible? any help would be great thanks
