i had these installed on my b16 head with similar valvetrain upgrades! did notice much of a difference w/o a good tune.
i'd say if you could gather some more cashish, go for sk2 pro cams. they do cost a little more though!

i've been finding that 300 is just about the going rate for crower stage 2 and skunk 2 stage 2 cams. another option if you can find them on the cheap would be ITR/CTR cams.

I've always heard Crower cams are best for non vtec applications. Alot of people say the vtec cams will break prematurely but I have no personal experience with this. Since you have upgraded retainers & springs I would guess they'd be ok, however I like to be extra cautious so if it were me personally I'd save more $$ and go with the sk2 cams.

ahhhh, you never specified whether you were vtec or non vtec in your original post. crower would be fine for your application.

getting your car tuned will make everything run smoother. big cams are going to run kinda rough without the air/fuel being adjusted, idle control, etc. if you are going to put cams in, I would recommend tuning as well.

I would definitely get tuned. I recommend getting a chipped ECU and using Crome or Hondata.
