You might want to be a little more clear.

For example:

What kind of car?
What part of the motor?

And lastly, did you bang in the frame like you're supposed to? The motor should for the most part drop in as easily as a b-series. The swap I helped on only took us about 15 minutes to lower the motor in. Unfortunately that was all I had time to help with.

How did you not use an adapter plate? To get the motor and tranny to combine you HAVE to use an adapter plate and specific h2b mounts.

What did you do? Throw an h22 at your engine bay and plan on welding the b-series tranny on?

Take some time and give me a clear description as if a human being wrote the reply.

lol!! no theres a guy in new jerzy that can put youre h22 motor and b series tranny together without the plate there alot of stuff involved in the proces but at the end its put together lol!!.one of my boys did it this way and it was a direct bolt on like any old bseries.you see the only reason that you have to cut the strut tower is because the plate makes the wole swap longer.no plate no cuting.basacly.ama see if i can get you guys some pics cuz i know that it sounds stupid lol!!! thanks for the imput guys

I'm anxious to call you an idiot. However I'm just as anxious to be impressed with your feat of brilliance.

if it's anything ive learned from living in the NY/NJ area..it's don't bring your cars for any mechanical work in NJ period..they are all crooks. please just do yourself a favor and do it the way that works.

actually - if this dude can pull it off and it works reliably; then that's awesome. but from my experiences with jersey mechanics..they take shortcuts and dont put any heart into their jobs just to make things seem "easier" but in the long it just ends up being a money pit and/or something that has to be fixed. but if this dude can do it, then theres another way to do an H2B i guess

the fact that he called the swap a H2B and in no way used a h2b kit is the first sign, this guy has no clue what he's talking about.

the motor is a h22, h2b is a product that lets you use a bseries transmission with a h22 motor, thus H2B.

i can't wait to see whatever it is he's going to post at six, he might have a mayonnaise jar full of moths in his engine bay.

Why the **** did you even come here?

"You want people to help you with your engine swap?"

"Okay, which engine swap?"

"Well it's all custom **** by this guy I know."

Then nobody here can really help you now, can they? How do you plan on getting it to the guy with the motor half in it? You going to bungee the the trans side to the hood and load it on the flatbed, or leave 2 mounts with it and possibly a torque mount and tow it and pray the driver mount doesn't crack the hell off.

What the hell is wrong with you? How do you expect anybody to help you with the problem you're having?

So you're gonna have some guy "custom mount" your B series tranny on ur H series motor.

This is going to be epic.

In for pix when transmission/engine split apart at the starting line. More bad rep for Honda owners...damn .
