Their website doesnt mention anything about it being quieter than 95 db or being street legal, so I assume it's not.
Then again, here in CA just about every exhaust will get you in trouble. I have a fear of being pulled over in my G35 because the stock exhaust has some tone to it.

even if its legal ur gonna attract a lot of cops and they will be a bitch for that. just go with something more low key like world sport 2 or jdm itr catback.

maybe but either way pretty much any aftermarket exhaust will get u in trouble out here in cali. ive gotten two tix for mine and i had to go to the ref for a decibel test. i just paid the fines cuz i was scared to get my hood popped by the ref with my jdm b16 in there. even tho i knew the local ref cuz he was in the auto shop in my class at the cc i went to.
