anyone in the bay area that got their gsr motor or EM1 with SI motor stolen? i found two posts on craigslist with cheap motors, and i think its way too cheap unless it's hot. i;m not planning on buying them, but i'm just lookin out for fellow H-Ters.

that's what i was thinkin. i told my friend about it. seems too good to be true to get a gsr or an SI motor at that price. i was thinking about getting the gsr motor, i barely have enough money for it. then rebuild it and drop it in my EM1, but i thought it mighta been stolen.

The first one sound like an Spun Bearing possibly.

The second one is stolen for sure what fool would sell a b16 thats worth 2g's for 800 or less. Call the popo *** theives dont support them.

not all b16's are worth 2g's. hmotor sells there b16a sirII longblock for 900. i have trouble selling a b16a sirI for 600... but that craigslist one with a tranny it should have atleast been 1g.

Its a JDM motor so I don't know if it will come up in carfax (never used it before). The motor is legit, if you want if purchased I can give you a bill of sale as well as a copy of my CDL. It was bought from Attraco and has the block stamp on. There are the block numbers under the B16A stamp if these will help. I included the only crappy photo I've got if your still interested I'll get you a better pic tomorrow.

I wanna see the front of the motor.. He said he'll send more pics tomorrow.. so now its the waiting game..

 

i emailed the gsr motor guy, he didn't respond back to me. so the si motor is good?

 

bad *** price for a jdm b16 some one jump on that **** if its not stolen.
