pr3 ecu with hondata chip and socket installed, it was running a type r motor in a 4th gen si hatch. make offers

sorry for delayed response. it is just the programed chip in a pr3 ecu. not sure how these things work. i tried the ecu in a friends car, and it throw the cel and would not rev past 3k, so i dont know what to do with it. i guess i could just put another chip in the socket and it should work. any takers?
