my auto lock was on but i didnt take off my steering wheel

Then after never finding him in the system said all well he is prob an illegal....Wow i would try to call the station and see whats up with that , is there no law that makes you have to have an id or be in the system. If not i am never going to carry my id and just use a fake alias all the damn time.
