Used Type R Suspension.
Just wondering, after the Mugenaaaaa Low-Down install I have a set of stock 2000 R suspension... I have intrest from someone... what would you say that beeeaaatch goes for...
I have my set of stock shocks. 12,000 miles on them.
I want to keep them in case the lowdowns ever fail. So if someone wanted to buy them off me, they'd have to pay a premium.
$200-$300 sounds good for regular price.
For mine, someone would have to pay at least $500 before I'd release them.

Hey RaVAGE00,
I just gave my opinion to Batouttahell, so I'll just past it here
The Mugen setup is the first aftermarket suspension I had on my car. So, I don't have anything to compare it to. i wanted something that would improve the handling, lower the car, is relatively inexpensive and could live its life without a chance of rusting. The Mugen lowdown was all of these. I think the Zeal will rust. So I stayed away from Zeal the other brands as well. The Mugen lowdowns by itself makes the car understeer a hell of a lot. You need to correct his by getting the rear 26mm sway bar. I'd suggest ordering it at the same time. If the car starts to oversteer too much, get the front 26mm sway bar too. I autocross, so I just needed the rear sway bar. The car will tend to oversteer easily at its limit if you set the shocks right. You can easily dial in the oversteer by setting the shocks. The Front on 1 or 2 and the rear on 5 is a nice setting. Then you can also change your tire pressures to get even more oversteer if you want. The ride is much stiffer than stock. Even on the softest setting (#1 setting), it is still stiffer than the stock suspension, but it is very livable. On the #2 setting, body-roll is virtually elimated. On #3, body roll is barely there but it starts to get to stiff for the street, enough to take out the fillings in your teeth. I'm extremely happy with my setup. It does exactly what I need it to do at an autocross. The softer settings let me enjoy driving on the street with a safer setup (Front on 2 and Rear on 3) so the oversteer does not catch me by surprise and my teeth don't fall out when driving over bumps. I don't have to worry about it rusting out either. I give it two thumbs up and would recommend it to anyone! The only drawback is that you can adjust the height. That feature was not that important to me because I don't need to adjust the height. Besides, you only set the height once, forget about it and never use it again.

It's a typo I'm sure. The Mugen Lowdowns are NOT height adjustable.

looks kinda stock, I like the spoon drop better
If you are only doing it for "the drop" then you might as well just cut the stock springs

Its really hard to tell between stock and the drop from the lowdowns from the picture. But its very noticable in person.
