Default tranny problems

i have an o2 rsx type s and out of no where 1st and 3rd gear are hard to get out of they go in some what easy but super hard to get out. i changed the tranny fluid with syncro mesh and still no change and 3rd gear out of nowhere works perfectly again and reverse acts up on occasion but 1st is hard to get in and out of gear. i have no idea what the problem is i wondered if it could be something in my buddy club short throw making this happen.

Is it happening when you crank your car up for the first time in the morning or all the time? Sometimes in the morning if its been sittin, or its cold out, you just gotta play with it for a min to get it warmed up, usually after that it shifts fine.

Are the gears easy to get in and out of when your car is turned off?

Mine has done that a couple of times. Hell, one time when I was on the interstate drivin back from Nashville, it suddenly kicked itself out of 5th gear, that was the only time it has done that. But occasionally, I get the symptoms that you describe, you can always try to double clutch it
