Default car feels like it hits a limiter

ok so backround on my car: ef std with a y7 swap converted to mpfi blah blah

i swapped motors once i hit 300k on my old motor, and after i got it swapped it was fine. the first day it would idle fine, rev all the way up(never hit the limiter) and pulled alot better than the POS that was in there.

now my problem is it feels like it hits some kind of limiter. i dont have a tachometer but it feels about 3-4k rpms. i have a cel and my PM6 flashes 3 times then 4 times then 5 times then 7 times.

i checked these sensors and they are all hooked up correctly, except this one sensor thats on the back of the intake manifold. its not the one with the two coolant hoses, but one with a vacuum line and its round shaped with two wires and a female connector plug on it. i have a feeling this goes some where, but i cant figure out where. the intake manifold is from a CRX SI.

any input is appreciated

Well, maybe they are hooked up correctly, but have you tested the wiring for resistance and made sure the sensors are operating within spec?

Also, it may sound stupid, but did you try resetting the ECU?

BTW, you're going into limp mode, which tops your car out at 3200 RPM to prevent damage to the engine.

oke so i found this like plug thing on the floor that had denso written on it, and then since i dont have much of a dash nor do i have any radio stuff i found a plug that was just hanging out, and so i plugged it in, and now its out of limp mode, but it idles kinda funny. its kinda a rough idle, it sounds like it has a big cam. it definantly doesnt.
