If the only mod you plan on doing is the icebox, stick with the stock cams. The stock ITR cams are really quite good.
Spend your money on a clutch/flywheel package instead.

Man, first read and learn.... do research.. and do it a lot.
There was a time I started with cam upgrades and the first ones got fawked up.
The next set of cams had been great. A pair of crower 63402`s... They made good power and I really felt the difference. But with stock header, stock exhaust, stock cat.... you produce 100% power under the hood and lose 70% by backpressure.
So I did it right the next time:
Crower valvetrain, JUN 2, racing cat, JDM 4-1 header, b-pipe and muffler 60mm of stainless steel... AND: The ECU to tune them...
Don`t ask me how many bucks I`ve spend but you`ll need that all to get every single hp out of your cam upgrade.
If you don`t like to upgrade your exhaust-system, stick with stock cams and do like the other mate said. Better clutch and lighter flywheel will give you a feelable difference...because the power-loss to the wheels gets lower.
