I was on my way to work the other day and watched a guy (younger guy in his 20s) try and cut in front of an SUV to get in the turning lane. Needless to say, he got nailed by the SUV while the SUV was going about 25-30. I was suprised that the s2k held up pretty well, it slid about 3-4 feet and stopped, only the front fender and door were damaged, he's majorly lucky that there wasnt any frame damage and that his rear fender wasnt nailed, because that stuff gets expensive when it gets hit, lol. The lady was slowing down because it was a redlight and he had his blinker on, she knew he was going to swerve over and try and get in, he would have made it but being that she was a bitch (by the way she was driving and conducting herself after the accident, i saw a good 2-3 minutes while waiting at the light) and decided to start accelerating to keep him from getting in, she nailed him. I was really pissed about it and it ruined my day, although I felt a little better after it happened since Jimmy Eat World's "sweetness" came on the radio right after the accident, it helped take my mind off of it.

 

... just like 95% of SUV drivers...
