Default Where Does This Go?

I was putting my harness on my engine getting ready to drop my new f22b1 into my car, when I ran into this plug. I have totally no clue where it might go and was hoping for some insight. My previous engine was a f22b2 and the harness does not have this plug. The plug is located with the plugs that connect to the fuel injectors.

Below are some pictures of the plug:

That looks like the connection that is supposed to go to your Fuel Injection Air control System solenoid aka FIA solenoid. It controls air that is introduced directly to the injectors through the intake manifold.

There should be a black solenoid mounted to the throttle cable bracket. I can see in your pics that you do not have one there. The previous owner or company that you got the engine from may have removed it.

I'll see if I can get a picture for ya!

EDIT*

Couldn't find an actual pic, I don't have a VTEC engine.
the red object over to the right is the FIA solenoid and the two red lines are the vacuum/air hoses. It looks as though it connects to the EGR in this pic but it does not. There is a metal hose fitting coming out of the manifold along the top edge that is next to the head.

The blue object is the throttle cable bracket that the FIA attaches to.

This is the only thing I can think of that would be over in that area of the engine/intake manifold.

That's my stab at where it goes, The F22B2's didn't have them and the B1's did. I'm not sure what years, they may all have had them. I know for sure that the 94-95's did. that is the manifold that I am using for my project and it had all the FIACS gear attached. If your engine is newer it may not have come with the FIACS and they may have left the connector on the harness to save money????

Oh buy the way this is a B1 right...lol

P.S.
Nice to see another Maritime Canadian into the Accord scene

I ran into the same problem just a few days ago. Swapping my existing F22B1 with a thrown rod for another F22B1. That is exactly where it goes but what I've found out is that not all B1's are created equal. The intake mani on my "new" motor, neither has the solenoid nor the...

New question for anyone that might know, will eliminating this solenoid throw a check engine light? Don't want to have to swap the mani if I don't have to. Other than that, everything else remains the same between the 2.
