The VSS vehicle speed sensor went out on Saturday and am looking to replace it. I can get used sensors cheap (probably free) but wondered if they had to be from a OBD1 '94-95 Accord only, or if I were able to use one off an auto Prelude, or possibly an older 90-93 Accord.

My speedo doesn't work, my odometer isn't working and my CEL comes on.

 

the best way to find out would be to check online parts stores and see if the part numbers are the same
