hey guys.. im posting this for my friend...

his car has a b16a2 motor swap in it , chipped p28 ecu..

it has a new uncut gsr obd1 harness on it with a brand new gsr vtec dizzy..

its gettin the TDC code and wont hit vtec runs like poop...

any help guys??? thanks
