Default My EH2 Complete Build Thread (Owned 6 yrs blew motor in 03, finaly have $$. Goin all out!)

I bought her in '01 with an ls/vtec swap, burned stock ecu, otherwise all stock. Back then, no local imports could hang (NA at least), now.... it'd be considered mild.

(Circa 6-2002)

Sept '03 - STOLEN (they didnt get far thanks to a F/P kill switch)
- though i got the car back, it was raped. in dash tv- gone. entire stereo sys- gone. frt end damage, psgr side damaged, column, and psgr door molested too.

After that I was sickened by the whole import scene at the time. Lost ALL interest in the whole Honda part of my life.

May '03 - Launched a chunk of piston through the back of my block the day after my apartment got got broken into & picked CLEAN. (I wish I was making any of this up)

June '03 - Disgusted with everything in my life I locked my delapidated hatch away in storage & bought an Eclipse GSX (Save the comments.... I KNOW NOW!!)

April - '07 Save the drama, I am finally able to afford to resurrect the DX, starting with an LS swap to get her back on the road.

August - '07 Missingh VTEC BAD, but unwilling to compromise quality for a few weeks of hearing that sweet snap, decided to do the entire build at once. Who wants to pull their motor 3x AFTER a $4500 paint job??

My tool box (hard to tell but its 7' lon & 40" deep 45k+ )

Bad Quality but oh well

I currently have an LS/Vtec with buddy club stage 3 cams, skunk2 timing gears, ported & polished head, aem fuel rail, DC 4-1 (not for long), Apexi world sport, fresh gsr tranny ACT stage 2 clutch, and Hondata S300.

Next Year I'll do the internals & boost.
Stay Tuned!

That's the way i go, i'm working on a car that is aiming to be nice but doesn't yell "please rob me". Being subtle always is a good thing, in my opinion. I appreciate a car for it's beauty, i'm not a fan of body kits.

Good to see your still going man!
