Default one thing led to another

well it started a couple of months ago.. opening my trunk and seeing my inner qtr panels cut up just really got to me.. so i decided to change them out.. then i noticed some of the weatherstrips were worn out.. so they got changed out as well.. so then i just figured that i would change everything out..

in the process of tearing my car apart, my so-called friend rolled by to assist me, but i ended up doing his suspension

so by this time i have the car stripped down, so i figured it could use some fresh paint

got painted saturday, was able to get some pics today

should be bringing her home tomorrow, so i can put her back together with all brand new oem parts

and finally my wife figured since im basically getting a new car, she need one too...
so i had to upgrade her from a 6 month old 07 TL to a 08 TL type S..

i'll keep you guys updated when i finish her off

Looks good. Nice work with the wife unit

Though, like that other guy with the hail damage, your painters look as though they got the color all fricked up! They should have known better that they needed paint code NHO. Here is an example of what a real NBP R looks like when painted properly:

Fark looks awesome, wish I ha dsome paint booth shots of mine, but I couldn't bare to see it in that state.

My mom stopped by to drop off the front lip to get repainted and she walked past this shell of a car, all primered no windows, no doors, no fenders, no nada, just a frame.

She thinks to herself ahh no one would care if i hit that piece of crap with my car on the way out, walks up to the guy gives him the lip and says "well my sons car can't be worse than that one outside."

his reply back ... "That is your sons car." lol

Anyways can you get us a flake shot, want to see how yours looks ?
