I have an 89 honda civic dx with a k20a3. Couple of days ago I had a low voltage on the intake maniforld runners. The car would start but would not stay on. I was told to change my O2 sensor but then it would not start. I noticed that the fuel pressure was at 0. Checked to see if my Fuel pump awas priming and nothing. Checked my main relay under the dash and per the chiltons manual my main relay is bad. Could that bad relay cause me to not be able to load a program onto the kpro?
