Test pipe / cat-back flange

I've been searching around for a flange so I can start fabbing up a "cat-back" exhaust on my S2k and haven't had any luck. Just wondering if anyone knows where to pick up a flange to do so, would be the funky offset 3 bolt one similar to this...

Any help is appreciated

They are real hard to come by for the S2000. That is an odd flange
