I bought some brand new rims for a good deal but don't know if I need to buy valve stems or what. I'm new to the rim thing, this being my first non-oem Honda rims. My car is a 98 Civic Hatch if that has anything to do with it. So basically, do i need valve stems and if so where can I get them???

Just take it to a tire shop. Let them mount your tires and valve stems.


In the future if you are posting questions about your rims it might be helpful if you mention what kind of rims you have.

Thanks but I didn't really think that mattered since I stated they were cheap, not like some volks/mugen etc. I know those require special valve stems...

Yup. They'll install valve stems for you, do it all the time, no need to buy them in advance.
