ZC SWAP HELP!!!????
HELLO IM WORKING ON A ZC SWAP ON MY 91 CRX SI AND I CANT GET IT TO START. IT WILL START FOR ABOUT 4 SECONDS WHEN I SPRAY THE THROTTLE BODY WITH CARB CLEANER BUT IT JUST DIES OFF! IM RUNNING A PM6 ECU I HAVE THE SI HARNESS HOOKED UP. IM LOST ANY IDEAS??
Check your grounds first make sure their all grounded properly
next it seems your not getting fuel but you can double check by listening for your fuel pump when you turn your key on
if your fuel pump turns on check to see that fuel is getting to the fuel rail (loosen the supply line slightly it will drip if you are getting fuel)
if your not getting fuel still and have good grounds check your fuel pump relay see if your can hear it click when you turn your key on
chances are bad ground or bad relay or bad pump
next it seems your not getting fuel but you can double check by listening for your fuel pump when you turn your key on

if you are leaking at the fuel filter it may be clogged check to see if your getting fuel at the fuel rail

If you are getting fuel, but it only runs when you spray into the manifold, then you still deffinately have a fuel problem.

okay i have fuel goin to my rails, i know this because i had fuel spraying all over the place i replaced the orings. my injectors have 12 volts of powering going to them. im still lost......

I had no problems like that when I did my ZC swap. It still sounds like you have a fuel issue if you can spray carb cleaner in and the engine fires. You need to make sure you are getting an injector pulse. Has this computer been tested before or has it been modified? Check the timing belt also to make sure that its in time.
