so yesturday i was taking out my starter to get it rebuild and i saw this line. it was cut at the bottom, and ive been wondering where that line goes, and is it needed. this is not my pic, but it shows the line very clearly.

its for your emissions vapors, it shouldnt be connected to anything....should be an open line your fine
