i believe it was and recovered before the thieves could park it. clean car though

 

the car was stolen.. but the insurance wasnt notified with the right VIN Number the police wrote down the wrong one. The car was replaced with all new ignition and plastic pieces for steering column. EKcivicDX works at a dealer and ordered the parts for me. I have reciepts
