This is a western digital eide 320gb hard drive (the eide part means its compatible with just about any pc) The hard drive is still in the original factory sealed packaging and has never been opened, only the box. The manufacturer warranty which i believe is three or five years on their internal drives, is still valid. It's a nice storage upgrade for any computer, and western digital is very very reputable company
