Yes and no. It was a very straightforward answer.
If tougsr were to go to CarFAX on his own, he would see the "ENTER A VIN" box, allowing him to do his own search.

you do know that you would have to pay for it right? thats why he's asking someone that already has a carfax account to help him out, so he doesn't gota pay for it.
