Has anybody ever used tube miter? You just input tube sizes and angle and it gives you a cutout to wrap around your tube. Saves having to do all that layout or making twenty trips to the grinder (however you do it). http://www.ihpva.org/people/ts...t.htm
the program fits on a floppy disc just click file, settings, and plug in your dimensions, print, wrap, mark, cut, and enjoy.

 

i use one quite frequently when building our frames for sae baja. works well, just have to be patient to get a great fit.
