Question: Race Header from RSX into Civic SI

i purchase a race header from a 2002 rsx type s, what do i have to do to make it fit my 2008 civic si coupe? thank you

K20a2 vs. K20z3....not the exact same motor.

should of done some research before you bought it.. im sure there is a way to make it fit with alot of cutting and welding and what not, but it would be way to much money to do so.

it will bolt up to the motor, but the firewall clearance is the issue.

nothing, it will bolt on to the engine but you will have fitment issues with the rest of the header. you are going to need to buy a header specifically for the si and don't believe us you can try lol

Umm....Why would you purchase a RH from a different car? Did the seller tell you it would fit? Or did you just assume it would?

if the sales guy told you it would fit then he basically stuck his foot up your ***. i would take the header back. and get one for the si.

no i just got it for a awesome price, so i jumped on it. i guess i will just sell it, if its going to be to much work.

It will fit just fine, you will have to find a way to extend the collector to bolt on to your catback flange.

With regard to Buddy Club's unit, its the same header except when you buy the Si unit you get the extra pipe.
