Default 1998 Ex turbo

Ok, Im a noob here, I joined a long time ago, i just never posted anything. I have a 1998 Ex with a D16Z6 swapped into it.
Completely stock internals, RC 550 injectors, Ebay turbo(i dont know the specs and cant find out right now sorry), Ebay Wastegate with 10psi spring, Ebay intercooler, and a $140 custom turbo manifold(thanks to all my friends at East Coast Performance in North Carolina for the hookup), Walbro 255lph fuel pump, 3" down pipe and exhaust, Crome pro( thanks larry Import Jedi). Ok well on 15psi the car made 286whp and i dont remember the torque. My best time is 11.92 @ 114. I am in iraq right now and the car is getting pretty much completely re-done. This is just what I know about: 10 point roll cage, eagle rods, weisco pistons, zex cam, edelbrock intake manifold, z6 head ported and polished and built at RLZ, precision 600hp intercooler, RC 1000cc injectors, a good friend is doing a wire tuck for me in exchange for my SI wheels, and im not sure what else they are doing for me. I just bought the full Omni Power drag coilovers, Omni Power 68mm throttle body and rear LCA's, Mishi moto radiator, DSS 500hp axles. Also ill be getting a carbon fiber trunk and hood. The goal is to go 10's with the least amount of hp. Thanks for looking.

Dont forget, he has a 1998 civic, which is OBD2, z6's are OBD1. What are the emission law's like out in NC?

Yeah we have emissions now, but didnt before when i did the swap. Everything i kept hearing was the Z6's were better than Y8's. well that and i blew up the Y8 on a long straightaway on the highway. It let go at about 150ish.

thanks. Ill be doing either a full wire tuck or partial and welding up some unused holes in there too. just trying to simplify everything and make it cleaner looking in there too.

yeah it was on lensos with 24x8.5 slicks. I know the tires were a little too tall for that little bit of horsepower but i got them because i knew i was going to step up and go for the 400-500hp range and i didnt want to buy more. i guess thats why the trap speed was down a little.
