Default Oily spark plug tips

i just got a 97 accord a month ago and did a full tune up on it when i first took the plugs out i noticed they were oily. I did the valve cover and cylinder o rings changed the oil added lucas heavy duty and by the next oil change there was no oil on the plugs then this second oil change the plugs are oily again but the spark wires dont get oil on them
would that be the piston rings? if so how hard is it to R&R them is it worth it half way threw a opil change i have to add 1 quart

thanks

Seems like you are asking 2 different questions.

There is a second set of 'O'rings under the rocker arm mounts that help keep oil from seeping into the sparkplug tube.

The second thing is oil usage, and it would mean that the piston oil wiper rings are collapsed and not wiping down the cylinder walls as they should.

Replacing piston rings has no relationship on how far between oil changes you are, it can be done at anytime.
