Default Need help Ef B16 wont start no more...

i have a b16a in my ef hatch and well been having problems starting it up, it has started up but just recently i was driving around earlier then drop it in to 2nd gear and it jus died now i just here click from the starter so therefor it wont even turnover so i cant figure out the problem is, the guy i got it from said the timing was off by a tooth, the belt is tighter now then what it was.... Starter? Timing? will post a vid later .. thanks H-T

Check all the engine grounds... (valve cover, tranny, thermostat housing.)
My 97 Integra did the same thing, and the tranny ground came loose.

Not sounding so hot, does the motor turn over by hand, try and turn it over at the crank.

Its getting power, Its your starter Dude.....even if its the timing being off, it should still turnover....try knocking the shiit out of the starter to see if it starts up or switch up starter...and check all main relays and double check ground wire to tranny...!

it has to be the starter! because even with the grounds loose it would still crank

thats what mine did i was missing the tranny ground and the valve cover ground but i would still crank it didn't turn over but it would at least crank

we tried to push start it the same day but just failed attempts to start, thats why my friend said even if the starter is not working it would work push started... so it is the starter?
