need torque specs on b16 head, cam journals

need torque specs on b16 head, cam journals
i need the torque specs on the 10mm bolts and the 12mm bolts that hold the cam journals down, i seem to remember 8ft/lb for the 10mm and 20ft/lb for the 12mm but i cant find my helms any where, can anyone help me?

The bolts at the ends of the camshaft holders get torqued to 7lb/ft. The studs in the middle that also hold the plug wire cover get torqued to 16lb/ft. So sayeth the almighty Helms

get the vtec supplement in .pdf format and read it. it should tell you. it's like 7.2mb, and if you can't find it, i could direct you to it. just pm i guess
