EG Foglight Grill Cut Out

hello, i want to know what is the best way to cut out the grill for the fog lights on the front bumper for 92-95 2/3drs. thanks.

Are you asking what to cut out? Or what to use? I used a dremel type device called a roto-zip for my fog cut outs. You can also use a dremel.
