FS: 1994 honda civic dx turbo b18b KENTUCKY

Hey guys, trying to sell my baby, dont really NEED to, but need a bike for the upcoming racing season (motocross)...
Car runs excellent and everything in the turbo/engine/suspension department only has 4k or less on it...
First off, normal stuff:
Car is a 1994 honda civic 2 door dx COUPE, has 180k on the chassis and a REBUILT title... Car was wrecked in the front and fixed CORRECTLY. If youd like to check the history report the VIN is:
1HGEJ2129RL009629
So, on to the mods:
engine:
-b18b
-cp pistons (9.4:1 .020 over)
-eagle rods
-arp headstuds
-new gaskets/bearings/seals
-engine has less than 2k miles on it
-skunk2 intake manifold
-spoon sports plug wires
-bdl cam seal
-skunk2 cam gears
engine assembled by ME and machine work done professionally here in town, engine has less than 2500 miles on it and runs EXCELLENT...
trans:
-hydro ls trans
-new bearings/seals
-obx helical lsd
-no grinds/popouts, etc.
-trans has less than 1500 miles on it since rebuild...
-exedy stage two 3 puck cerametallic clutch
-new clutch master and slave cylinder
LSD was installed by me, diff was shimmed correctly and obx lsd was checked for proper assembly, trans was freshened at same time as motor...
suspension/body:
-amber corners
-15" rota group-n's w/azenis on front and some cheap (but new) tires on the back, tires all at LEAST have 80% tread life left...
-skunk2 pro-s full coilovers (5 miles on them lol, seriously)
-skinnykidfabshop traction bar
-energy suspension complete car bushing kit
-some sort of knockoff bmw looking mirrors...
turbo setup:
-garrett t3t04e 60trim .82 exhaust housing
-AFI ramhorn turbo manifold
-tial 50mm BOV (blue)
-tial 38mm WG (blue, 10psi spring)
-forge MBC
-31x12x3" fmic painted black
-all quality couplers and tbolts
-stealthmode oil line kit
-atp turbo oil line restrictor
-precision 1000cc injectors
-atp turbo catchcan (setup on valve cover as of now)
-golden eagle vac mani
-gm 3 bar map
-k&n air filter
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-3" full exhaust (by me)
-hks 3" muffler
-3" downpipe
-1.75" dumptube
-2.5" ic piping (by me)
-autometer boost and oil pressure guages
car was built and tuned 100% by me, right now is running 15psi on pump gas and could handle a LOT more, just havent had a chance to throw it on the dyno, but id guess with this manifold and the exhaust housing 315+ on this boost level with the conservative timing im running, afr's are mid 11's in boost, ive driven the car up to 3 hours away to get my lasik surgery last week, had no problems...
problems:
-missing top piece of windshield trim
-hood is new unpainted black
-no hoodlatch (uses hoodpins)
-i dont like how much the front bumper had to be cut to fit the fmic, but it doesnt look bad




car runs super strong, if anyone is interested im looking for a truck and a bike outa this... but id prefer cash...

well, i have over 7k in parts alone, etc. so im fairly sure someone can either overlook the title or make an offer...
no numbers as of now, i could get some if thatll help the sale...
anyway, itsnot as if the car is junk, the title is rebuilt, which also means much lower insurance in most states... not to mention everything on the car is NEW...
