Racepak's sohc build log. 400hp goal
sup everyone,
so i just sold the old turbo kit that i had on my cause i need more money to complete the new project.
now....
i got me a eagle rods, std vitaras and srp 0.25+ pistons(havnt decided which to use), and a 59300cam,
i'm gonna port and polish the head and im myself,
here are some pictures of some parts i got:
vibrant couplrs and t bolts:

3" ss piping and flanges for exhaust:

my old cca FMIC:

new LSU4,new OEM ignition cables, filtes and switches,

the engine+ manifold parts (a miniram)


stock im+porting kit:

new sway bar:

and the second is to buy a new .50 .63 stage3 i think,
i need to some more opinions of what you guys think,
i dont like alot of lag,

-tial 38mm wastegate and tial bov (used)

1) That is a straight T04 with a P-trim turbine wheel. You won't have lag so much as an inability to spool it, even with a small turbine housing (like a .58, which is larger than a T3's .63).
2) Speaking of t3/t04e's, a 57 trim would be a better bet for 400whp than a 50 trim. FYI trim numbers are never below 1, so its a "50" trim.
3) Civics turn far better when you upgrade the rear sway bar first. Some roadrace guys don't even run a front bar, but use a 22+ solid rear bar. On my EF, the stock sedan front (thickest OEM) and solid 22mm was perfect.
Nothing feels better than making something yourself. Built not bought

cool thanks, for the info,
the car didnt came with a rear sway bar, so i installed a 4dr stock bar and it feels buch better, i know, its thin but i like it, i also got a benson tie bar,
i didnt had one,
