You won't need a sway bar with 400 hp. Any turns you try to make will end up in smoke anyway, lol.

SOHC + 400 hp = awesome.

one is to use this:https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2212423 turbo and replace the exhaust housing to .63 like sovxiet said.
and the second is to buy a new .50 .63 stage3 i think,
i need to some more opinions of what you guys think,
i dont like alot of lag,

1) That is a straight T04 with a P-trim turbine wheel. You won't have lag so much as an inability to spool it, even with a small turbine housing (like a .58, which is larger than a T3's .63).

2) Speaking of t3/t04e's, a 57 trim would be a better bet for 400whp than a 50 trim. FYI trim numbers are never below 1, so its a "50" trim.

3) Civics turn far better when you upgrade the rear sway bar first. Some roadrace guys don't even run a front bar, but use a 22+ solid rear bar. On my EF, the stock sedan front (thickest OEM) and solid 22mm was perfect.

Nothing feels better than making something yourself. Built not bought
