fuel pump not priming
about a week ago, i was doing about 65 on the highway and it felt like i just took my foot off the throttle. pulled over, it started up once then died. now i havent been able to get it started since.
so far ive replaced the main relay and the battery. both didnt help, ive checked for voltage at the fuel pump and sometimes i get nothing and sometimes i get 2-4 volts. im not sure if my multimeters dying or if the cars just being sporadic.
anyone else gone through anything like this? id appreciate any help i can get.

Sounds like a bad ground or wiring issue.
Also MAKE SURE your multimeter is infact working correctly. A couple weeks back somebodys car was charging up to 19 volts, it ended up being a bad craftsman multimeter.
Do you have a kill switch wired to the fuel pump?
Do you have gas? Sorry i have to ask. I trust you probably do.

i dont ahve a kill switch. fuel was actually one of the first things i thought of so i ran to the gas station and filled up a gas can and tried that. didnt help, same thing.
