Default Project 210whp finally underway...

update #1

finally, after 2 years of planning and researching, my project is underway. the car will be tuned with a dyno dynamics dyno, which from what i heard, reads lower than other dynos.

red = smsp stainless steel coated stage 2 4-2-1 dyno tuned, 4th gear pull
green = not too sure if its the max power from the street tuned stock jdm 4-1.

i cant honestly say it only gained 5whp. i just remember 167 as a number on the dyno before anything was done. all the pulls was done through a full 2.5" mandrel bent custom exhaust with 2.5" test pipe.

the header was made for a fully built stock port jdm itr head, which will be the plan in the next couple of weeks. it might be too big for a mostly stock jdm itr motor.

other mods on the motor so far is a 3" sri bpi intake.

other "power mods" waiting to get installed are cams, intake manifold, custom length 3" intake

gonna try to keep the stock pistons? what cams are you gonna install? might wanna do a 2 layer gasket as well especially if you arent changing out to higher compression pistons. might wanna look at a bigger injector too. and what ems are you using?

I believe ectune was created by the likes of Chrome. My understanding is the original Chrome guys have separated for one reason or another and this program is the results. I have heard nothing but great things about it, especially considering its expanded capabilities. My local tuner was close with the Chrome guys and has been using the new ectune for several months now. I'l be getting tuned here soon and ectune will be the program of choice. Once that happens I'l give information on the program.

It has been out for quite some time now, the information is there.

Yep, you need to be an authorized dealer/tuner to use it. Just like Neptune.
