anyone know how to wire in the v-afc apexi converter
Why dont you buy a plug and play jumper harness for the v-afc, so it just plugs in

Then you won't have a cool light up thing on the dash.

You just defeated yourself.

apexi's website has a diagram for this. but to let you know, obd1 is the easiest and has the most options for tuning. trust me, if u want to seriously tune your car convert it to obd1 and get it dyno tuned
they have it for a del sole but not the 91 civic on apexi unless u have a diffrent link that shows that, cause i cant find it!

just find out what pins are for the del sol one and splice it into the same wires for your ecu. its not that hard bro

Alright, since you want "help", here's some.
First of all, OBD1 is a superior system to OBD0. There are more tuning options, more ECU aftermarket support, and the tuning systems tend to be superior to the OBD0 offerings.
Second, a chipped ecu running something like crome/hondata or something similar will be a much easier to tune with rather than your piggyback system. Are you even having the car dyno tuned? Or are you just gonna change your b-tak point or try to add/remove fuel blindly?
Do you even have enough done to the engine that would necessitate a tune?

first of all our "opinions" on which obd is better isnt an opinion. try tuning an obd0 vs. obd1 and see how much aftermarket support there is. many more companies offer tuning software and almost no reputable tuning shops tune obd0 ecu's anymore.
like i said in the earlier post, find out which wire is supposed to connect where on the del sol vtec, and splice it into the wires for the same function on ur ecu. its not that hard dude.
good luck
