eg trans swap quistion

i have LXI 1993 D16 ,and trans code M48A..now it sliping and i want change it but i cant find same code.what other trans i can swap? and S48A can be swap?thanks

any sohc tranny from an eg or ek will work.

and i've never heard of a civic lxi

the only time I have ever seen a civic lxi is overseas. I dont think they have them in the US.
