Default Freakish Oil leak on 97 lude

Ok guys, I have an oil leak on my car that only occurs when the car is running. we replaced the filter and checked for a double seal. no problem there. it doesnt leak when the car is off, but as soon as you start it, it gushes oil. it almost seems like its coming from a spot somewhat next to where the oil filter screws on. and its only coming from the spot. I took it to a shop and they said they couldnt find it just by looking at it, so they say they have to lift the engine out which just that will cost me 900. does anybody have any ideas what this could be. the car is a 97 Prelude SH. not sure engine model exactly but it is the original engine in the car. Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Almost 100% sure it's the oil cooler seal. Goes in between the oil cooler and block. I had to replace this one, it's very common to go out.

you do it the same way you would change your oil filter. from underneath the car. you will need a 30mm socket to get the nut that holds the cooler on loose. should take you a couple minutes, the longest part is waiting for the oil to drain.

remove your oil filter. put the 30mm socket on the bolt where the oil filter was. take the bolt off and remove the oil cooler. replace gasket then the cooler then the bolt. put the filter back on and refill your oil
